Connect Hotel Arlanda
Connect Property is a privately owned real estate company that has managed and owned Connect Hotel’s properties since 2005. We own a hotel property in Arlandastad that consists of 140 rooms and a total area of approx. 4,500 square meters. Added to this is a land area of a total of 16,500, which is currently operated as a long-term parking lot. The tenant is C.I.C Hospitality, which operates the Aiden Hotels brand via Best Western.
Connect Hotel Stockholm-Skavsta
Our other property is the hotel property at Stockholm-Skavsta Airport. The building consists of 6,900 square meters and includes 145 hotel rooms, but with the option to supplement with approx. 75 rooms, a total of 2,200 hotel rooms and a restaurant and conference. This property is also leased by CIC Hospitality under the Best Western Aiden Hotels brand.
In Skellefteå, Connect Property owns an undeveloped property of approx. 16,000 square meters. Plans exist for the construction of hotels/apartments. The expansion in Skellefteå is very large as, above all, the Northvolt battery factory is under production.
